Please read the following AFL Players’ Association (AFLPA) competition terms and conditions carefully. By entering any AFLPA Facebook competition you agree to the following terms and conditions of entry:
AFLPA Facebook Competition
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The explanation of “How to Enter” on the AFLPA’s Facebook website form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry to the AFLPA Facebook Competition (“Competition”) is open only to Australian residents. ENTRY IS FREE.
3. The Competition commences and closes in accordance with the times and dates detailed on the AFLPA Facebook website. Any entry received after that time will be invalid, and no responsibility will be taken for lost or late entries.
4. With all entries, the entrants must provide the contact information requested on the AFLPA Facebook website. You agree that the AFLPA may use all personal information provided for the purposes of the Competition and of notifying the winning entrant(s).
5. Each entry must be entered by the account holder of the entrant’s Facebook website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
6. Each entrant may enter one entry only. To ensure the security of the Competitions, the AFLPA will monitor whether or not entrants have entered more than once. Subsequent entries by the same entrant will be disqualified.
7. The AFLPA will select the winning entry or entries from all entries entered into Competition in its sole discretion.
8. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash or otherwise transferable. The decisions of the AFLPA in relation to any aspect of the Competition shall and will be final and binding upon every entrant who enters into the Competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. You license the AFLPA to use your entry in any and all in relation to products media throughout the world and license others to do so.
10. The AFLPA shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize(s) or entering into the Competition.
11. The promoter of the Competitions is the AFLPA, Level 2, 375 Albert Road Albert Park.
